Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years and older. You agree to provide accurate info and keep your login secure. We may suspend accounts for misuse or false information.

Skip the small talk Subscription

It is a rolling monthly plan that renews automatically unless canceled.

• Billing: Payment is charged via your chosen platform (App Store, Google Play, etc.) each month
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime in your account or app store settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Refunds: We don't offer refunds or partial credits at the moment
• Price Changes: We may change fees with advance notice. Continued use means you accept the new rate

Use of Service

Use the Service only for lawful, personal purposes. Don't copy, sell, or disrupt the Service. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Intellectual Property

All app content and materials belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimer

Content and insights are for information only. We don't guarantee accuracy of outcomes yet.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability won't exceed what you paid in the last 12 months.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Disputes will be handled in The Netherlands.

Changes

We may update these Terms and will ensure to inform you through email or otherwise. Should you continue to use means you accept the changes.
